Why didn't some checks run?

Lesson 3 of 4 in Your Checkup

Some need a permission, some need your router's model, and some come with Plus. Each one under What Couldn't Run has a button that sorts it out.

Why It Matters

A check that didn't run can't warn you about anything. Sorting out the missing piece means your next checkup covers more of your home.

What To Do

  1. Open your latest checkup and scroll to What Couldn't Run.
  2. Tap the button next to each item and follow what it asks.
  3. Run the checkup again so the new checks get a turn.

Check your own home
